Nurse Consultant

Nurse consultants spend a minimum of 50% of their time working directly with patients. They are responsible for developing personal practice, being involved in research and evaluation and contributing to education, training and development. Nurse consultants are very experienced registered nurses, who will specialise in a particular field of healthcare. Each consultant role will be very different, depending upon the needs of the employer.
